Now All Your Love is Wasted

It’s been quite a while since I’ve been on here to get in some writing and leave an update. The past couple of weeks has been crazy with a new internship and although I still have a few weeks before graduation, i’m trying to finish up my portfolio so I can get my portfolio sent out to some agencies, maybe land a job in time for graduation? All I can do is try my hardest and hope for the best!

While I was home for break I did a lot of thinking and a lot of hiking! I was able to see my good friend, Stephanie, for the first time in probably over a year. She’s wonderful, she’s moved off to Denver to pursue her career as a teacher. From what she tells me, she’s loving the Colorado lifestyle and couldn’t be happier getting to spend time with the children she teachers, and that’s saying a lot for teaching at an all boy’s school!

Anyways, here are a couple of shots that I wanted to share. One morning I went hiking with Steph and her family. It was a great work out and it was awesome getting out there with them, great bunch!

A New Coffee shop to call home!

So I have been searching for a coffee shop in Brooklyn since I arrived. I’ve sat at Starbucks, and at a Crumbs, but nothing compares to a casual coffee shop that takes care of the respected image of vintage decorations and a feeling of warmth. Today I found Urban Vintage¬†and I couldn’t be happier. Besides paying almost 6 bucks for a drink, I think this can be compared to the Thirsty Mind back home in South Hadley, MA. Only time will tell!

The Snow Covered Notch!

Ladies & Gentlemen, we have been finally blanketed by snow! Originally planning on going snowboarding on this Friday off, my gloves have been swiped and decided to poke around Hampshire County with my camera. Here are some awesome shots I got from my Hike at the Notch in Hadley!

Northampton with my cousins

So this past weekend, my family and I had made plans to head to¬†Scarborough to relax on the beach for the day. We woke up early, packed our bags, and headed to meet up with our cousins. As we are pulling into the driveway, my phone rings, and I was told that it was raining, hard, and that it was going to be a bad decision. After a long day of taking it easy at grandma’s, we ended up heading down to Northampton to do some shopping and ended up having a killer bowling night! Here is a selection of a couple quick pictures I managed to take throughout the night, enjoy!
