Instagram of Paris

I’ve been here for a little over two months and have filled my friends newsfeeds with at least a hundred pictures. After getting plenty of complaints of sharing the plethora of photos i’ve taken i’ve decided to delete instagram for a little while, at least until they have some kind of update or a new photo app comes out with something new. I’m done with the faux film filters for a little while so here’s all of the shots I took from moments before my flight till now. Everything I’ll share from now on will be shot with my digital or scanned in from my film camera.

Enjoy! It’s been quite a ride!Wall of igrams

Beautiful Montmartre!

So last time we touched base, life was pretty hectic.. well, life is still pretty messy out here in Paris but, it’s everything I could ask for! Life shouldn’t be easy and the work I’m doing is definitely shaping me to be exactly what I want to be in this world of Advertising, I think!

So I haven’t been able to go out and take as many pictures as I wanted to but with 5 more weeks to go, I’m hopefully to have a slew of posts each week for you guys to follow along! Last weekend I got to venture up to Montmartre (as the title of the post entails) and I was quite happy with my decision. As I walked out of a winding metro station, I came to a hillside of cobble streets, small cafes and shops, and the view of Paris that I was hoping for! There are more then what I have here but I haven’t been able to get them uploaded yet. I’m hoping to get back to Montmartre in the coming weeks to take more so I’ll get them up then!

Central Park in September

Central park is one of my favorite parts in┬áthe city. Here are some of my favorites that resulted from a day spent walking around the beautiful park! Still no sign of true foliage so i’m just going to have to head back there again soon, damn!

Stephanie Cole Graduation Photos

So my really good friend Stephanie came to visit this past weekend! She was giving me some help with a photography assignment and as a payment for her good deeds, I shot some pics of her for her to gift to her mom as a thank you gift. She’s recently received her Bachelor’s Degree in Secondary Education and is fighting the Economy to find a job teaching English to “hopeful” high schoolers! She’s an incredible person and an even better friend so I was glad to take some pictures for her! Hope to continue learning and brushing up in this field so I can do her justice later on down the road! I had fun all weekend and completely forgot about anything troubling me lately! Without further ado, here are some shots from last Sunday!

Bryan takes Manhattan

Hey everybody, hope all has gone well this summer! We have been busy at MAS with our second quarter and I haven’t gotten much time to tend to this lovely little blog. Here are a couple of shots I wanted to share from my brother’s visit a couple weekends ago. First one is when we were just screwing around on a way to grab some pizza. Second one, is in some coffee shop on the upper west side of Manhattan after checking out the Museum of Natural History. Added a slight vintage filter over the shots to throw some more fun into. I have another post coming up here soon and probably another in the next week or so!
